I redesigned this quote after seeing it floating around on tumblr. I consider myself a gay activist. Some of the best, most profound people in my life are gay. I grew up in deep east Texas, where being gay is one of the most horrible things you can do. It wasn’t until I learned to start thinking for myself and realizing all the changes I needed to make (about 7 years ago) did I realize being gay doesn’t have anything to do with choice. Its just who you are, and you’re perfectly fine exactly the way you are. -Skye [The Pink Plum]
