Holy Crap!
I made the image “I’m Fat and Fucking Beautiful” a while back..and all of a sudden today it got 600 likes! Thats nuts! But thanks so much for liking it :)
This is not me though! The reason I made that image was because I was floating through the internet and stumbled across Crystal Renn, the famous plus size model..and I thought “Well, if she’s plus size than I might as well give up,” then I said “No, I’m just as beautiful as anyone else.”
My best friend is also plus size, who made the post below, and she and I are both designers. We both have a lot of confidence in ourselves and are very happy with who we are as people. Blogs like FuckYeahChubbyGirls and many others like that have even changed my prerogative on the outlook of things.
I keep avoiding that “Whats your new years resolution” question because they think its automatically “I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT NAO” — its more like I want to be healthier now. I’m not going to let people judge me..because seriously I’m gonna play that cliche’ card “if you dont like me for me then you don’t deserve me” and I think all girls with body issues should think of it that way.
Your personality, your outlook on life and how you handle situations are what makes you you..not the imperfections you keep pointing out. Be happy with you <3
